The research focuses on two main aspects, which are international ICT trends in the MICE industry before the COVID-19, as well as the changes in the MICE industry caused by the COVID-19 situation particularly in Switzerland. Therefore, aims to answer the research question which is “What are the international ICT trends in the MICE industry and how could they be applied to the Swiss market taking the COVID- 19 situation into consideration?” In order to answer this question, the scholarly resources were collected and analyzed, as well as semi-structed interviews were done with the selected experts.
