<dc:description xmlns:ns1="xml" ns1:lang="en">This essay discusses a deglobalizing intervention from the perspective of critical feminist reproduction. Starting from a fundamental entanglement of humans and nature we argue for an epistemological-political extension of the notion of matter in connection with political ecology. We reconsider the relation between production and reproduction and add the notion of regeneration of our living conditions. In doing so, like ecofeminist approaches show, collective forms of societal organization can become apparent. Those collective forms do not subordinate reproductive activities to the patriarchal-capitalist logic of utilization. Practices of eco-commoning, which are illustrated by a collective gardening project, are a plea for a way of life which is based on the realization that there is an interdependence between humans and non-humans. Eco-commoning as a concept of acting in solidarity is characterized by recurring options of beginning again.</dc:description>
