A l’aide de smartphones ou d’outils adaptés aux capacités de chacun·e, 8 PSH ont documenté leur manière de lire, entendre ou ressentir les informations pour accéder à des lieux essentiels. Leur documentation de ce paysage linguistique a été analysée, puis présentée à des responsables de communication des transports publics et des représentants d'associations, dans le but de chercher ensemble des pistes pour mieux inclure les besoins communicatifs des PSH en gare.</dc:description>
